Shipping: How do I find out how much it cost to ship an item(s)?
It is almost impossible for us to preset shipping into our pay system. Shipping cost are
based on your zip code and the product weight. All you have to do is call, or e-mail us with
your zip code and products you would like to order for a shipping price quote.
We offer great shipping rates on all furniture!
Payment: Do you offer other payment options?
Yes! We offer many different payment options. You can even set up a layaway payment
plan if you would like. Contact stacy@justprimitive.com for details.
Turnover: How long will I have to wait for my order?
The time it will take to manufacture you handmade furniture depends on the size of your
order and how many orders are ahead of you. If you would like to know a more accurate
time frame, e-mail stacy@justprimitive.com.
Damages: Who do I contact if my product is damaged after shipping?
If your product is damaged upon shipping destination DO NOT REFUSE ORDER! Doing so
would result in additional fees to you. When damages occur through shipping method,
contact shipping company directly for claim number and damage compensation.
