| Warranty Information Ohio Exchange Co. Warranty Limited Lifetime Warranty A Limited lifetime warranty can be purchased for all Ohio Exchange Co. Furniture products for 30% of products total price. Products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship for a period of the life of the original purchaser from the date of purchase. “Defects” as used in this warranty is defined as any imperfections that may impair the use of the furniture or product for which it was intended to. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective furniture parts and/or components, subject to availability of stock. Assembly labor is excluded. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use. It does not cover defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly, product modification, intentional damage, abuse, misuse, accidents, negligence or exposure to the elements. Our furniture products are not intended for outdoor use. This warranty does not apply to brands sold by Ohio Exchange Co. which are manufactured by any other companies. This warranty is only applicable in the USA. Ohio Exchange Co. Furniture reserves the right to request proof of purchase from an authorized retailer as well as any other proofs to document a warranty claim. This warranty is explicit on the limits of Ohio exchange Co. Furniture’s liability and entitles the original purchaser to specific rights. Any warranty defined by law in your state/province is limited to the lifetime of purchaser. Should the law in your state/province differ from the above, it will not apply. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ohio Exchange Co. Furniture Warranty Ohio exchange co. products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship in the furniture. "Defect" as used in this warranty refers to any imperfections which impair the use of the product. This warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of furniture components. Ohio Exchange Co. will repair or furnish a replacement component, subject to availability of stock, if the component is deemed defective within the terms of the warranty. Assembly labor is not included. All repairs will be conducted at Ohio Exchange Co. facilities. Purchaser will bring defect product to Ohio Exchange Co. facilities at own risk. Transportation cost not included. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use and does not cover the defects resulting from negligence, misuse, unreasonable exposure, or if the product has been modified by the purchaser. Ohio Exchange Co. reserves the right to request proof of purchase as well as other proof to document a warranty claim. This warranty is not transferable. warranty is applicable in USA only. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY Ohio exchange Co. promises to repair or replace any made by Ohio exchange Co. product or component manufactured after 1/4/2009, that is defective in material or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns it. This is the sole and exclusive remedy. This warranty is subject to limitations, exclusions and other provisions detailed below. This warranty does not apply to: Normal wear and tear, which is to be expected over the course of ownership. Damage caused by the carrier in-transit, which will be handled under Freight company's Damage policy. Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by Ohio Exchange Co. Products that were not installed, used or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings. Products used for rental purposes. Note: Some natural variations occurring in wood or leather materials are inherent in their character, and cannot be avoided. Ohio exchange Co. does not warrant the color-fastness or matching of colors, grains, or textures of such materials. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, Ohio Exchange Co. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Ohio Exchange Co. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective component parts, and excludes all other direct or indirect charges and expenses up to the limit permitted by law in your state/province. If a replacement part is unavailable, Ohio Exchange Co. liability to the buyer will not exceed the production cost of the part in question. This warranty only applies under conditions of normal domestic use. It does not cover defects resulting from commercial use, intentional damage, negligence, abuse, product modification, accidents, exposure to the elements, or maintenance that does not comply with the guidelines on our web site. This warranty is only valid on condition that the Ohio Exchange Co. can reserve the right to verify the basis of any request, and also to see the original buyer proof of purchase. This warranty is only valid for purchases made at an authorized retailer for Ohio Exchange Co., or directly from Ohio exchange Co., only in the U.S.A This warranty defines the limits of Ohio Exchange Co. liability, and entitles the original buyer to specific rights. Ohio Exchange Co. does not give reimbursements for defective furniture, but will replace it with an item of equivalent value. |
